Core Roller - Seamless pipe of 15mm thickness
Journal - The journal will be on EN-8 Material
Gujan Boss - The roller is completely shrunk fitted with C.I Boss, No welding any where
Brush Hair - Well dressed Horse Hair is used for smooth finish of paper
Finishing - The Brush Roller is completely finished on Specially Trimming machine.
Balancing - The roller is Dynamically Balanced 2 times first for core roller, second after final brush roller
Certificate - The dynamic Balance Certificate will be issued for the same.

The brush roller for coated paper industry can made up to 5000 MM in length and Diameter up to any size.
